Role overview:

A Performance Management Specialist ensures every team member’s output aligns with company goals. They design, implement, and optimize performance appraisal systems to foster continuous growth and accountability. By establishing clear KPIs, conducting assessments, and managing feedback loops, these specialists help maintain motivation and drive organizational excellence.


Our Performance Management Specialists develop and manage systems that track employee performance, set measurable objectives, and ensure that all evaluations are data-driven and fair. They collaborate with department heads to define clear metrics and support leadership in identifying top performers and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage performance appraisal frameworks.

  • Develop KPI structures aligned with business objectives.

  • Conduct employee evaluations and feedback sessions.

  • Support managers in creating improvement plans.

  • Ensure fairness and compliance in performance assessments.

  • Analyze performance data and prepare progress reports.

  • Recommend employee training and development initiatives.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of performance management systems (e.g., 15Five, BambooHR, Lattice).

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Excellent communication and feedback facilitation.

  • Strategic thinking with HR best practices understanding.
