Responsibilities:
Assess training needs across departments.
Develop customized learning programs and workshops.
Conduct onboarding and skills enhancement sessions.
Monitor progress through evaluations and feedback.
Manage online learning platforms and course libraries.
Support leadership with employee development plans.
Skills:
Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS, Moodle, Docebo).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
