Recruitment & Selection specialists help businesses find and hire the best talent for their teams. They manage the full hiring process, from identifying job needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Our Recruitment & Selection virtual assistants ensure your company attracts and secures top talent through a structured and efficient hiring process. They handle everything from writing job descriptions to coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines — allowing you to focus on growth while we handle the people side.
Responsibilities:
Write and post engaging job descriptions across platforms
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Assist in onboarding and documentation for new hires
Skills:
Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication and people-assessment skills
Familiarity with ATS software and HR databases
Attention to detail and organizational accuracy
Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices
