Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms
Handle product or service-related questions and concerns
Escalate technical or complex issues to the proper department
Maintain accurate records of all conversations and resolutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and response time metrics
Skills:
Excellent written communication and comprehension
Familiarity with support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
Empathy and patience when handling customers
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats efficiently
Problem-solving and professionalism under pressure
