Our tech VAs troubleshoot issues, manage basic IT setups, and support customers with software and product-related concerns ensuring operations stay seamless and downtime is minimized.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level troubleshooting and product support
Respond to technical inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing systems
Assist with account setup, configuration, or password recovery
Document and escalate unresolved technical issues
Test and report software bugs or recurring problems
Skills:
Basic understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting
Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Clear written and verbal communication
Patience and technical empathy when assisting users
