Role overview:

A real estate virtual assistant handles the back-end administration of your property business, from managing leads to organizing client files and posting listings. They understand the pace of the real estate industry and help agents close deals faster with less stress.


From lead management and listing updates to appointment coordination and client follow-ups, our real estate VAs help agents, brokers, and investors stay responsive, efficient, and client-focused in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings and upload details to MLS or websites

  • Handle client inquiries and schedule property viewings

  • Conduct market research and gather comparable data

  • Maintain CRM systems and lead databases

  • Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, and agents

Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate CRMs (e.g., Zillow, KVCore, HubSpot)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Attention to detail in data entry and property listings
