Our customer service talents are equipped to use CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom to track communication and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. They can also assist with follow-ups, issue escalations, and creating a more efficient support pipeline.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Handle complaints and resolve product or service issues

Skills:
