Role overview:

A customer service VA is your frontline brand representative. They handle inquiries, complaints, and general support with speed and courtesy. Trained to maintain your brand voice, they ensure customers feel heard, respected, and satisfied after every interaction.

Our customer service talents are equipped to use CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom to track communication and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. They can also assist with follow-ups, issue escalations, and creating a more efficient support pipeline.

Our customer service virtual assistants provide prompt, empathetic, and effective responses to your customers — ensuring every concern is addressed and every interaction leaves a positive impression that builds long-term trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Handle complaints and resolve product or service issues

  • Process orders, forms, and refund requests

  • Maintain customer records and documentation

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Skills:

  • Strong communication & active listening
